About Feather Peace

Feather Peace offers handcrafted malas and spiritual jewelry made from natural materials like aged cliffside cypress, agate, and sandalwood. Our pieces are designed to support meditation, mindfulness, and soulful living.

We use natural, ethically sourced materials such as aged cliffside cypress wood, sandalwood, agate, copper accents, and traditional lantern-style beads. Each mala is crafted with care to preserve its natural energy.

Many of our malas follow the traditional 108-bead count, but we also offer designs with 54 or 27 beads to suit different preferences and styles.

Caring for Your Jewelry

  • - Avoid water and moisture—remove before washing hands, showering, or exercising.
  • - Keep away from perfumes, lotions, and sanitizers to prevent damage.
  • - Wear with clean hands; natural skin oils enhance wood but dirt dulls it.
  • - Store in a soft pouch or jewelry box, away from sunlight and humidity.
  • - Clean gently with a dry or slightly damp cloth; dry immediately to avoid moisture damage.

Shipping

We ship to most locations within the continental United States. Excluded locations include Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

All orders are shipped via USPS, with tracking information sent by email after shipment.

Shipping is free for orders over $200. For orders under $200, a flat $10 shipping fee applies.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 14–21 business days after shipment.

Yes, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.

Feather Peace is not responsible for carrier delays. Contact us at support@featherpeace.com for assistance with lost or delayed packages.

Returns & Refunds

Contact support@featherpeace.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all packaging and tags intact.

Custom or personalized products, gift cards, and final sale items cannot be returned.

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order for the desired product.

Yes. A 15% restocking fee applies for returns not related to product quality. Additional deductions of 15–50% may apply if the item is returned damaged or not in original condition.

If the return is due to a product quality issue, we cover return shipping. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Processing times with your payment provider may vary.

Orders can be canceled free of charge before shipping. If already shipped, you must wait to receive and return the item.
